Starting My Fitness Journal

I am now into week 2 of my fitness quest and things are moving in the right direction. Still a lot to work on, as I reflected on in my last post when I looked back at my 1st week doing this Fitness Quest. This is truly a new journey for me, to getting my body back in shape. Growing up, I was always active in sports and dance, and you could always find my sisters and I running around outside with the neighborhood kids. We never had to find time to workout. It’s amazing how when you grow up and have kids, you get out of those daily habits and routines of staying active and now have to make time for them.

These days I am always looking for ways to fit fitness activities into my daily life, ways in which I can also involve my family. Please share your ideas on fitness activities that are great to do with the whole family.
